According to the latest report on health and fitness conducted by a reputed American research unit, 20% of Americans exercise so that they can have a significant impact on their health profile.  No other way can beat the established payback of a steady fitness exercise; a steady fitness exercises reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis, reduced blood pressure. Beside that it helps in the maintenance of steady body weight and improves body image, reduce depression, and enhances stress management system. The famous American College of Sports Medicine initiated a phrase, “Exercise is Medicine”. These factors are enough to motivate anybody to visit a gym on a daily basis.   • Prepare an individual wellness idea. Try to see your idea, and sense it in the heart, then you might work out still on those days you don’t feel like.   • Make a list of the friends who have a pursuit for physical fitness. Promise your friend and closed one to meet at the gym or joggers park. Once you realize that your friends are banking on you, you will surely join them.
  • Involve in any kind of activity you enjoy to do like spinning, swimming, dance classes or ice skating.  Try to involve yourself in any activities you are engaged in. Incorporate new things with the previous routines since everyone get fed up of performing the same task again and again. 
  • Set a target for yourself. Organize for a race, a charity walk, or gym contests. These challenges will help you to keep going.
  • Set up a reward system.  Promise yourself a new dress in for every 5 pounds of weight you lose.  You can also reward yourself with a body massage, tickets to a concert.
  • Maintain a time-table and record the no. of workouts you do and record your growth over time. In case you are not in a mood, look at the log and you will find that you used to do 5 pushups and now you do 15. This shows how far you have come.
  • Appoint an experienced personal trainer. These will help you in achieving the best results.  A few sessions with an experienced trainer will help in igniting enthusiasm and motivation.
  • In case you don’t have the time than walk on the treadmill while watching TV, You can also read books while on the motionless bike, or start jogging with a friend.
  • Exercise makes me feel & look better,. After exercising you feel more energized and relaxed.  Once you start doing exercise it encourages you to do it again and again.
