Sometime I spend ample amount of time with my clients to tackle their problem relating to their lives. Sometimes the problem is related to relationship or business problem but at times it is related to some really big mess. The very Next time when you eat try to find out if you are hungry or not. In case you are not hungry, find the reason behind eating. Is it a feeling of irritation, fret, or frustration?
